Reputation can take sweat to build,
tears to anchor,
and blood to solidify.
However all it takes to send reputation tumbling down,
is a moment of folly,
the moment when a sweeping statement is made.
is this a calculated action?
or a last throw of the dice?
we will never know the underlying reason.
